Who we are

This website is operated by Mohamad Taha Kheirandish, Kuruköprü Mh., Seyhan, Adana 01060, Turkey. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact page. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator, and “you” means anyone using the site.

What this service is

We publish free financial calculators and explanatory articles across several countries and languages — income tax, mortgages, savings, pensions, investments, business and consumer credit among them. The free calculators run in your browser. We also offer a paid Pro tier with additional tools, some of which calculate on our server.

The site is an information service. We are not a bank, lender, broker, insurer, investment firm, tax agent or law firm, we are not regulated as any of those, and we do not arrange, recommend or sell financial products.

Estimates, not advice

Every result this site produces is a general estimate calculated from the figures you enter and from published rates and thresholds. It is not financial advice, not tax advice, not legal advice, and not a personal recommendation. It takes no account of your circumstances, objectives or obligations, because it cannot know them.

Real outcomes differ for ordinary reasons: rules change, sometimes retrospectively; thresholds are indexed mid-year; your situation contains details a general calculator has no field for; a lender, employer or tax authority applies its own rounding, timing or interpretation. Our figures come from official sources and we keep them current, but we cannot guarantee every value is correct at the moment you read it. Before you sign, borrow, invest, file, or do anything irreversible, check the figures with the relevant authority or a qualified professional who can look at your actual situation. Relying on our output without doing so is at your own risk.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that it is free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including any individual calculator, at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including loss of profit, savings, revenue, opportunity or data, tax liabilities, penalties or interest, or any indirect or consequential loss, however caused. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you deal with us as a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights, which override anything here that conflicts with them.

Acceptable use

You may use this site for your own purposes, personal or professional, including in the course of your own work. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the site, its content or its underlying data, except for search-engine crawling that respects our robots file;
• copy, republish or redistribute our articles, calculator logic or parameter data as your own, or build a competing service from them;
• attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or any account, or probe or test its security;
• interfere with the site’s operation, place an unreasonable load on it, or introduce malicious code;
• circumvent any access control on the Pro tier, or share credentials;
• use the site unlawfully, post defamatory, abusive or misleading comments, or present our output to others as personal advice, certified or guaranteed.

We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe this section has been broken.

Comments and other contributions

You remain responsible for any comment you post and confirm it is yours to post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it here. We may edit or remove any contribution without notice where it is unlawful, off-topic, abusive, spam, or presented as advice to another reader.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, design, text, graphics, calculator logic and software of this website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. Names, logos and branding on the site are ours.

You may view pages, print or save a copy for your own reference, and quote a short extract with a clear credit and a link back. Any other use — republication, commercial exploitation, redistribution, or reproducing substantial parts of the site — needs our written permission. Rates and statutory figures originate with the authorities that publish them and we claim no ownership of the underlying facts; our compilation and explanation of them is our work.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is a paid subscription giving access to additional calculators and features. In general terms:

• Prices and plan contents are those shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, inclusive or exclusive of tax as stated there.
• Payment is taken by our payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled, so access is not interrupted. We tell you before any price change affecting a renewal.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a part-used period unless the law requires it.
• Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. As Pro is digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose it, both of which we ask for at checkout.
• We may suspend or end a subscription for non-payment or serious breach. If we withdraw Pro altogether, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

Pro results carry the same status as free ones: estimates, not advice.

Advertising and third-party links

We intend to display advertising here, and some links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission. Neither influences our calculations or the figures we publish. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third-party sites we link to or that advertise here; visiting them is at your own risk and on their terms.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: the free calculators run in your browser and the figures you enter are never sent to us.

Changes, and general

We may update these terms as the service changes or the law requires. The current version always sits on this page with the date of its last revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it; if a change materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we tell subscribers directly. If any provision is found unenforceable the rest continues in force, and delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the law of Turkey, and the courts of Turkey have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live, nor of the right to bring proceedings there where that law allows it.
